Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Construction

Deliver high-quality cost management across large-scale commercial construction programs in the greater Detroit area, acting as the key day-to-day client interface. Lead estimating and cost planning, negotiate change orders, reconcile contractor data, and prepare cost reports and forecasts. Partner with design teams and general contractors to validate estimates, support procurement negotiations, and drive value engineering while maintaining accurate audits, valuations, and final account closeout processes.
