Operations Specialist

Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay workflows and operational procurement support across digital and offline media teams. Own budget verification and purchase request creation, coordinate contracting and document flow with stakeholders, help prepare agreements, and monitor NDA compliance. Process invoices and payments, track payment and contract execution status, ensure accurate cost allocation in internal systems, and maintain organized documentation while working with SAP and Oracle.
