Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage PMs and DMs, ensuring consistent application of PMDM processes and best practices.
  • •Drive utilization, quality, commercial performance, and operational efficiency across the discipline.
  • •Provide expert guidance on PMDM methodologies, project controls, and delivery standards; participate in project audits and reviews.
  • •Ensure compliance with HSE, QA, QC, and project delivery procedures, and lead digital transformation within the PMDM discipline.
  • •Act as Project Director on major/complex projects and lead scope definition, change management, risk management, and commercial control while coordinating across teams and clients.
