Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage programs/projects through the entire lifecycle, ensuring business and technical teams are on track for execution and delivery.
  • •Partner with product management and engineering to define scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, and timelines for new initiatives.
  • •Engage senior leaders for status tracking, stakeholder alignment, and sign-off/approvals on deliverables and dates.
  • •Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, including mitigation/contingency planning and coordination across TPMs.
  • •Create and maintain program documentation and governance, including status reports, metrics, retrospectives, and quarterly budget forecasting and tracking.
