Key Responsibilities

  • •Review internal schedules and contractor schedules, analyze, review, validate and report on any time impacts, scope changes or delays to enable early identification of risks.
  • •Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule.
  • •Prepare and monitor tasks ensuring realization of project requirements against the schedule.
  • •Develop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure for the project and integrate contract packages into the master schedule.
  • •Prepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress reports for management and client.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projects, and preferably previous Data Center experience.
  • •Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM
  • •Experience in coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project status reports required for large scale projects
  • •Strong managerial and stakeholder management experience
  • •Excellent command of English
