Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Scheduler to support on-site scheduling for complex, large-scale projects (-data center, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, industrial, etc.). You will maintain the master schedule, integrate contract packages, monitor milestones, analyze delays, and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports while coordinating with contractors and project teams to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Review internal schedules and contractor schedules, analyze, review, validate and report on any time impacts, scope changes or delays to enable early identification of risks.
•Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule.
•Prepare and monitor tasks ensuring realization of project requirements against the schedule.
•Develop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure for the project and integrate contract packages into the master schedule.
•Prepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress reports for management and client.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projects, and preferably previous Data Center experience.
•Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM
•Experience in coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project status reports required for large scale projects
•Strong managerial and stakeholder management experience
•Excellent command of English
