  • •Demonstrated Staff-level impact via technical leadership, architectural ownership, cross-team influence, and mentorship.
  • •Experience driving standards and alignment across engineering and product teams without direct authority.
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces while balancing long-term platform strategy with pragmatic execution.
