Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals through clienteling, cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while supporting daily store operations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain service standards through cash wrap, inventory, visual merchandising, and efficient transaction processing.
