Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a multidisciplinary BIM Coordinator supporting civil, buildings, infrastructure, and rail/transit project teams.
  • •Lead BIM coordination meetings, design coordination sessions, and model review workshops.
  • •Run clash detection, model federation, and coordination/visual design reviews using Navisworks and Forma Model Coordination.
  • •Coordinate and review Revit and Civil 3D models for alignment with naming conventions, coordinates/shared coordinates, model structure, and discipline-specific requirements.
  • •Assist with milestone deliverable reviews, issue tracking and resolution workflows, and enforce BIM standards, templates, and modelling protocols.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 81,100 - 118,900

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, digital delivery, or model-based design coordination.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Forma/ACC workflows, including Docs, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination, Reviews, and Issues.
  • •Strong experience with Navisworks for model federation, clash detection, visual reviews, and coordination reporting.
  • •Experience coordinating both Civil 3D and Revit models and aligning them to clash review and coordination requirements.
  • •Working knowledge of BIM Execution Plans and ISO 19650 information management principles, including LOD/LOI and deliverable compliance.
