Job Summary

Support the KYC/AML Strategy work within the Global Servicing Enablement organization by partnering with multiple business units to drive compliant process improvements. Consult on strategic, cross-functional KYC/AML process designs, help deploy new or updated tools and procedures, and create audit-ready process maps aligned to reporting requirements. Contribute to multi-channel communications for end-to-end KYC/AML journeys and prepare clear presentations for leadership audiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with multiple business units (including International Card Services, Global Merchant & Network Services, Operations, Compliance, and product/engineering teams) to develop strategies and process improvements that meet regulatory standards while minimizing operational risk.
•Consult and execute strategic process designs for cross-functional KYC and AML initiatives across multiple lines of business.
•Work closely with operations partners to ensure frictionless deployment of new or uplifted tools and procedures to enhance KYC and AML processes.
•Produce audit-ready process maps and partner with MIS on reporting requirements.
•Collaborate with capabilities partners to deliver multi-channel communications strategies for end-to-end customer and colleague KYC/AML journeys; prepare clear presentations for leadership audiences.

•Ability to assess and understand regulatory requirements while being passionate about the customer and colleague experience.
