Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform production support tasks for transformer coils across workstations (ovens, kitting, welding, baking, and material handling).
  • •Verify part size/number/condition/quantity and assemble kits and stock bins for coil orders.
  • •Weld low-voltage leads and cut copper leads and ground straps; compress coils and load/unload for baking.
  • •Inspect units for errors, scan/load into bake ovens, move finished coils to the oven area, and return unused materials to designated locations.
  • •Enforce lockout/tagout (LOTO) and other safety protocols, operate forklifts/hoisting equipment as needed, and support continuous improvement and production targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • •Ability to operate industrial equipment and hand tools, including obtaining a valid forklift operator certification.
  • •Lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, grabbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling.
  • •Ability to interpret document specifications and perform basic mathematical functions.
  • •Candidates must be within a 50-mile radius of the Nacogdoches, TX facility; no relocation benefit is offered.
