Key Responsibilities

  • •Read and interpret manufacturing orders to ensure proper shipping terms are applied to manufacturing work orders.
  • •Prepare and process domestic and international shipments in compliance with company, customer, and carrier requirements.
  • •Generate and apply shipping labels, packing slips, commercial invoices, and carrier documentation using WMS and carrier shipping systems; maintain accurate shipping records.
  • •Manage the ship complete process in the ERP/WMS system for manufacturing orders, including pallet stacking, separation by service level, and distribution to loading docks.
  • •Safely handle pallets and packages, maintain a clean and safe workstation, and support shipping inquiries, inventory of shipping supplies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
