Key Responsibilities

•Own and refine Omada’s investor relations strategy, equity story, and valuation narrative in partnership with the CEO and CFO.
•Serve as a primary external representative to investors, analysts, and other capital markets participants, articulating Omada’s strategy, financial performance, growth drivers, and long-term opportunity.
•Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with current and prospective investors, including healthcare specialists, crossover investors, and long-only institutional shareholders.
•Lead proactive investor targeting and sourcing efforts to develop a high-quality shareholder base aligned with the company’s long-term strategy.
•Develop a deep understanding of how buy-side and sell-side stakeholders model Omada’s business, and tailor messaging to improve investor understanding.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
•12+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, investment management, corporate finance, or a related capital markets role.
•Significant public company investor relations experience required; experience as a senior IR leader at a publicly traded company strongly preferred.
•Direct experience in healthcare, digital health, healthcare technology, or healthcare services strongly preferred.
•Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex business and healthcare concepts with clarity and precision.
