Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and refine Omada’s investor relations strategy, equity story, and valuation narrative in partnership with the CEO and CFO.
  • •Serve as a primary external representative to investors, analysts, and other capital markets participants, articulating Omada’s strategy, financial performance, growth drivers, and long-term opportunity.
  • •Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with current and prospective investors, including healthcare specialists, crossover investors, and long-only institutional shareholders.
  • •Lead proactive investor targeting and sourcing efforts to develop a high-quality shareholder base aligned with the company’s long-term strategy.
  • •Develop a deep understanding of how buy-side and sell-side stakeholders model Omada’s business, and tailor messaging to improve investor understanding.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
  • •12+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, investment management, corporate finance, or a related capital markets role.
  • •Significant public company investor relations experience required; experience as a senior IR leader at a publicly traded company strongly preferred.
  • •Direct experience in healthcare, digital health, healthcare technology, or healthcare services strongly preferred.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex business and healthcare concepts with clarity and precision.
