Universal Banker - Gateway North

Provide timely, accurate client transaction support and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while cross-training to support sales and service activities. Educate customers on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs and Online/Mobile banking, and assist with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities while following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk policies.
