Job Summary

Guide employees on the molding floor to maintain a safe, quality-focused, and productive environment during the 3rd shift. Lead safety talks, manage daily staffing and labor allocation, oversee housekeeping standards, and coordinate shift turnover. Partner with supervisors, Process Tech, QA, and support teams to reduce downtime, implement improvement opportunities, complete PMs, and ensure defects are identified and corrected.

Key Responsibilities

•Promote and ensure a safe working environment, including reporting leading indicators and leading pre-shift safety talks.
•Ensure quality standards are understood and adhered to, including overseeing defects with QA.
•Manage daily staffing and labor needs by updating assignments, controlling labor resources, and supporting schedules with the Shift Supervisor.
•Maintain housekeeping standards and be visible on the floor while working with support departments to minimize downtime and idle time.
•Coordinate daily operations such as shift turnover meetings, emergency point of contact responsibilities, completion of PMs with Process Techs, and WebEff reporting.
