Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct technical evaluation and requirement analysis for inquiries for oil & gas, offshore, and related projects.
  • •Select and develop technical solutions and quoting for metering pumps, progressive cavity pumps, and related pump skid systems.
  • •Communicate with customers to clarify technical needs, identify technical risks, and propose solutions.
  • •Create and review technical bid documents (technical bid files, technical deviation tables, datasheets) and manage technical documentation and change/issues closure.
  • •After winning the project, act as Project Manager to manage the full project lifecycle: execution planning, kickoff/pre-check meetings, progress tracking from design to shipment, FAT/acceptance coordination, customer document approval/submission, logistics coordination, and receiving milestone tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Process Equipment & Control Engineering, Chemical Machinery, Fluid Machinery, Petroleum Engineering, Ocean Engineering or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in oil & gas, offshore, energy, or related industries.
  • •Experience in one or more areas: pre-sales technical support/application engineering, oil & gas/offshore project management, and/or projects involving pump skids, injection systems, chemical injection systems, or turnkey equipment.
  • •Ability to read and understand P&ID, datasheet, and specification engineering documents; experience with industrial pump products and system applications.
  • •Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); PMP certification is preferred and familiarity with API/ASME/IEC/ATEX/NORSOK/IOGP standards is preferred.
