Key Requirements

  • •5–9+ years of experience in recruiter enablement, talent acquisition, customer success, sales enablement, or partner enablement.
  • •Experience working with recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition teams.
  • •Ability to build and define enablement programs from the ground up as a self-starter.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with highly engaging presentation ability.
  • •Experience creating enablement content such as playbooks, templates, decks, or trainings.
