Job Summary

Lead complex data analytics efforts across the organization by developing reporting, dashboards, metrics, and KPIs that drive business growth. Translate business requirements into actionable insights, conduct ad-hoc and trend analyses, and improve report/process design as needs evolve. Manipulate large datasets, identify patterns and opportunities, and provide recommendations to stakeholders through clear presentations. Coach less experienced analysts and apply industry best practices while supporting risk-aware decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex data analytics engagements, including obtaining data access, designing test strategies, and documenting results and procedures.
•Scope and deliver analytics work across multiple departments by identifying analytical opportunities and key business factors.
•Develop, implement, and maintain reports, dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and data visualizations to support data-driven decisions.
•Conduct ad-hoc and trend analyses, build analytical models to identify patterns, and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
•Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to other data analysts while applying industry best practices for data analytics.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
•Typically 6+ years in banking, financial services, or similar background.
•Typically 6+ years of data analytics experience.
•Advanced proficiency with analytics tools, languages, and methodologies including SAS, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Excel, or Power BI; able to write complex SQL queries.
•Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills, with ability to present conclusions and recommendations from complex datasets.
