LTD Defect Metrology Engineer

Identify and characterize semiconductor defects that impact yield and performance in advanced silicon process technology. Use state-of-the-art metrology tools to build a defect reduction roadmap, then partner with integration, yield, and failure analysis labs to establish root cause and develop/qualify process fixes. Drive technology transfer to manufacturing using the Copy Exactly methodology, while holding teams accountable for quality and collaborating across the TD Defect metrology group.
