•Strong analytical skills with a track record of evaluating model performance and making data-driven decisions on what to ship and iterate on.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to a wide audience, including senior leadership.
•Collaborative mindset and passion for working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals, including mentoring other MLEs.
