Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and oversee daily warehouse execution for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch in line with targets and procedures.
  • •Supervise and coach warehouse handlers, pickers, and packers; assign daily tasks and run shift briefings on priorities, safety, and performance expectations.
  • •Ensure accurate material movement recording in the WMS; perform spot checks and support cycle counts, reporting discrepancies and corrective actions.
  • •Enforce HSE standards and DG handling requirements, including segregation and storage of hazardous, temperature-sensitive, and fragile items.
  • •Coordinate material handling equipment usage and deliver daily/weekly/monthly KPI reporting and audit-ready inputs for inventory accuracy, OTD, damage rate, and cycle count compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
  • •Proven experience supervising warehouse teams, including handlers, pickers, and packers.
  • •Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and workflows.
  • •Experience implementing operational procedures while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • •Exposure to defense, aerospace, or regulated manufacturing environments (preferred).
