Support go-to-market and product ops initiatives for closed-loop Mini Games and Mini Series advertising solutions. Partner with Product Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to analyze product functionality, run performance deep-dives, conduct competitive research, and help shape advertiser-facing messaging. Assist with sales enablement collateral, reporting and dashboards, and experimentation to identify optimization levers and creative or targeting improvements.

•Analyze product functionality, test hypotheses, and refine advertiser-facing product messaging.
•Conduct data-driven deep-dives to identify best practices and optimization levers.

•Support sales enablement by contributing to playbooks, decks, one-pagers, and performance reports.
•Build simple reports/dashboards and help communicate product updates and feature rollouts to regional sales teams.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a university or graduate program and able to commit to at least a 3-month internship period.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with English proficiency required.
•High level of Mandarin proficiency (fluent written and spoken) to support Mandarin-speaking CNOB markets.
•Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and SQL, plus basic data/data visualization tools.
•Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to work effectively in ambiguity.
