Job Summary

Ensure materials are safely and accurately stored and deployed from the warehouse to installers. You’ll manage warehouse layout and inventory movement, operate a forklift to receive and put away shipments, and process transactions in Oracle ERP. The role drives inventory accuracy through cycle counts, maintains auditable shipping/receiving records, builds job kits for scheduled installs, and coordinates with field operations and service teams to support efficient mobilization and returns.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain an organized, standard warehouse layout and manage all material movement while ensuring safety and security of inventory and equipment.
•Operate a forklift to unload shipments, process receipts, and put away material to maintain inventory accuracy.
•Perform Oracle ERP transactions for receiving, stocking, issuing, and returning to vendor.
•Drive inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks; maintain auditable shipping/receiving records.
•Pull and stage job kits in advance of install dates and support returns to vendors in coordination with the Service Team and field electrification operations partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.85 - 25.13

Key Requirements

•Experience with Warehouse Management Software (WMS); Oracle experience preferred.
•Previous warehouse or forklift operation experience (bonus).
•Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
•Understand and follow safety policies and procedures; identify and report safety hazards.
•Proven record working well in a group, coordinating with others, and helping to achieve common goals.
