Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior analysts and directors within the Rating division, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • •Coordinate and manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and prepare meeting materials and agendas
  • •Process and manage rating-related documentation, correspondence, and client communications with high attention to detail and confidentiality
  • •Support the preparation of rating committee materials, presentations, and regulatory filings while maintaining accuracy and meeting strict deadlines
  • •Liaise with internal teams and external clients to facilitate smooth communication and information flow across the Rating division

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably within financial services or credit rating agencies
