Job Summary

Provide Business Operations Support for a state Medicaid program, working with a team manager and technology project manager to deliver system change tasks and artifacts. Partner with state business staff and vendors to support analysis, planning, design, UAT, implementation, and evaluation. Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and custom fields; build dashboards and reports; troubleshoot issues and performance; and document configurations with user training.

•Review project artifacts/deliverables across the system development life cycle for quality, compliance, and completeness.

•Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, permissions, screens, and custom fields, including dashboards, filters, and reports.
•Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and document configurations with user training and support.

Key Requirements

•6+ years reviewing system development life cycle documentation and technical architecture/design deliverables.

•Experience supporting Jira implementations across workflows, specifications, and client environments.
