Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Workday HCM projects for clients, ensuring delivery aligns with client goals and project scope.
  • •Manage client relationships at executive levels, guiding the engagement and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • •Mentor and develop junior staff, sharing expertise and feedback to foster professional growth.
  • •Contribute to multiple projects of varying scale and duration, coordinating across teams.
  • •Translate meeting discussions into documentation and actionable plans for project teams.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Workday certification with Core HCM is a must.
  • •Prior experience as a Workday HCM functional lead with Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll - ETC
  • •Prior management consulting experience in HR transformation
  • •Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
  • •The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions
