Job Summary

Support customer financial needs by using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail and small business solutions, and drive appointment setting using CAMP and approved marketing tools. Grow relationships through cross-selling, outside sales activities, and referrals with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment partners. Process teller transactions, maintain confidentiality, follow risk and ethics policies, and complete the Retail Personal Banker I onboarding program.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Recommend appropriate retail consumer and small business solutions and use the bank’s value proposition.
•Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and approved marketing tools and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Drive cross-selling and outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events and Membership Advantage presentations.
•Process teller transactions and partner with assigned business partners to refer customers for timely, holistic solutions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to understand advanced math for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
