•Oversee technical support for desktop computing environments and hardware at the Mexico cust site.
•Lead the build and deployment of Windows/Mac hardware for new joiners and upgrades.
•Coordinate installation of authorised software on laptops/desktops and ensure security/upgrades are applied.
•Ensure desktops and laptops are kept up to date with antivirus and necessary upgrades.
•Support onboarding and offboarding processes and manage local asset management data.

Key Requirements

•Must have hands-on experience with desktop computing environments, production applications and hardware
•Experience in building and deploying hardware for new joiners and upgrades
•Ability to install authorised software on laptops/desktops and manage security/updates
•Knowledge of antivirus deployment and asset management processes
