Strategy Program Manager

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives for the Consumer Home Energy Customer Success organization, improving customer experience, operational performance, and technology enablement. Define scope, build business cases, manage end-to-end delivery from discovery through deployment, and drive adoption with strong governance and executive communication. Coordinate business, IT, and vendor/partner stakeholders, manage dependencies, risks, and project financials, and deliver executive-ready dashboards, readouts, and change control.
