Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage multiple Global Construction project deliveries for South Asia, supporting other regions as required.
  • •Develop and implement project execution strategy, ensuring quality control standards and cost control for on-time completion.
  • •Report project progress throughout the project cycle and escalate deviations that may impact outcomes.
  • •Ensure safe delivery of projects within budget and schedule, managing change and assessing operational and financial risks.
  • •Establish and execute project communication plans across engineering and construction, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a Construction, Building, Project Management, Engineering or Architecture related field.
  • •Experience as a construction project management professional in EPCM projects, including reading and interpreting specifications and drawings.
  • •Minimum 15 years of working experience, including at least 10 years in construction and 5 years in a managerial role as a Senior Project Manager or Director.
  • •Cost and schedule management experience with project control mechanisms, commercial and technical risk assessments.
  • •Ability to travel regularly and work effectively in a global multicultural team.
