Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the location’s tracker inventory and reconcile billing invoices.
  • •Retrieve trackers requiring further attention (RFA) and determine corrective action.
  • •Return defective trackers to Cox2M so UI and billing reflect returns and new orders.
  • •Monitor vehicle inventory volumes and fluctuations to anticipate spikes or inventory-level changes and coordinate inventory management.
  • •Review inventory analytics dashboards, communicate status to leadership/GCM, and support Lot Vision training, deployments, and ICC calls to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED plus 5 years of related work experience, or any degree/certification above high school plus 3 years, or 7 years of related experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to safely drive vehicles.

  • •Microsoft Office computer skills required.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication and strong teamwork; analytical and multi-tasking ability.
