Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce and deliver daily P&L to Front Office and senior management with clear analysis and explanations.
  • •Reconcile actual P&L with trader estimates and provide flash/actual variance analysis.
  • •Perform front-to-back analysis and reconciliations between front-office P&L and balance sheet/firm sub-ledgers.
  • •Support month-end controls, ensuring management vs financial P&L variances stay within thresholds.
  • •Analyze risk positions and apply Greeks (Delta, Vega, Gamma) to understand daily market moves, while partnering with key control and operations teams; contribute to process improvements and systems testing/UAT.

Key Requirements

  • •4-8 years of experience, including 4+ years in Global Markets Product Control.
  • •Qualified Chartered Accountant/CPA/CFA/MBA with relevant experience in Product Control or Global Markets and reporting under US GAAP/IFRS/IAS frameworks.
  • •Preference for CFA/FRM certified candidates, with advanced technical qualifications as a plus.
  • •Expert proficiency in Excel and strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint).
  • •Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across teams, work in a high-pressure environment, and proactively improve controls and processes.
