Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end ML lifecycle from data exploration to deployment and monitoring in production environments.
  • •Design, develop, and deploy advanced deep learning models (transformers, CNNs/RNNs, graph learning) to address fraud and risk challenges.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Risk teams to define data requirements and drive strategic decisions.
  • •Mentor and share knowledge with peers and junior data scientists to foster experimentation and rapid iteration.
  • •Present findings and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders with clarity and influence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • •8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields, ideally in a high-growth tech or fintech environment.
  • •Experience in fraud prevention, risk modeling, or identity verification.
  • •Hands-on experience developing and deploying deep learning models (e.g., transformers, CNNs/RNNs, graph learning).
