Key Responsibilities

•Work with Account Managers to identify high-potential products and determine which are best suited for creator-led promotion.
•Advise brands and sellers on how to make products more creator-ready, including commission levels, sample plans, and campaign timing.
•Use data and AI tools to identify strong products with low creator participation and convert them into action plans.
•Match creators with the right products at scale across Electronics, Household Appliances, Virtual Goods, and Books & Entertainment.
•Lead creator and agency outreach for major campaigns, build and manage a creator pool, and track content quality, sample usage, and sales performance to share insights.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in e-commerce, creator marketing, affiliate marketing, category operations, seller operations, business development, or a related role.
•Strong understanding of how creators, content, and product discovery drive online shopping behavior.
•Experience translating business goals into operating plans (e.g., creator outreach, product sampling, campaign or seller growth plans).
•Comfort using data, dashboards, spreadsheets, or business intelligence tools to assess performance and recommend next steps.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management across sellers, creators, agencies, brand partners, and internal teams.
