Job Summary

Lead technical engagements for Government and Public Sector accounts, designing end-to-end secure architectures, conducting discovery workshops, and guiding PoCs. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and partners to position Fortinet’s cybersecurity and networking solutions for government digital transformation, while delivering demonstrations, technical reviews, and trusted advisory support to CXOs and IT leaders.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary technical advisor for Government and Public Sector accounts and design end-to-end secure architectures aligned with customer business and security requirements.
•Lead technical discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews, developing solution blueprints and reference architectures.
•Engage with government agencies, ministries, defense organizations, PSUs, smart city projects, and other public sector entities, presenting complex concepts to technical and executive audiences.
•Build trusted advisor relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and infrastructure teams; support RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and technical compliance documents.
•Lead and execute PoCs/PoVs, perform deployments, integration, migration, troubleshooting, and deliver demonstrations and customer training; collaborate with internal engineering/support teams.

Key Requirements

•10–15+ years of experience in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or solution architecture roles.
•Experience working with Government, Defense, PSU, Smart City, or Public Sector customers in India.
•Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise security and networking solutions.
•Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder customer engagements.
•Ability to design end-to-end secure architectures and lead technical discovery sessions.
