Job Summary

Support the Product Development EU team in creating and launching new public market investment products across Europe. Help maintain product documentation, coordinate launch pipeline materials, and manage the global product database. Perform market analysis and contribute to ETF capital markets setup tasks such as pre-trade analysis, monitoring authorized participants and market makers, and reporting on creation/redemption and liquidity metrics. Work with Distribution, Investments, and Operations in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in developing new investment products from ideation through market launch.
•Maintain and coordinate product launch pipeline documentation and product-related templates.
•Manage and update the global product database independently.
•Support ETF capital market setup, including pre-trade analysis and monitoring of authorized participants and market makers.
•Assist with creation/redemption monitoring and prepare recurring capital markets reporting (activity summaries, spread analysis, liquidity monitoring).

Key Requirements

•Advanced bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field.
•Strong interest in asset management; prior investment industry experience is a plus.
•Basic understanding of capital markets and financial instruments.
•Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within tight deadlines.
