Serve as the hotel ambassador and extended arm of the General Manager, welcoming, meeting, and farewell guests while representing the hotel and company philosophy. Manage VIP arrivals with tailored greetings and itineraries, gather and share VIP feedback across departments, and maintain guest history. Welcome visitors, provide directions and internal promotions, and handle complaints and requests efficiently to ensure premium guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent the hotel and company philosophy by welcoming, meeting, and bidding farewell to guests.
•Ensure VIPs are welcomed, escorted, and farewelled, coordinating greetings and departures ahead of time with FOM and GM.
•Gather VIP feedback daily (e.g., via Google and Opera PMS) and distribute updates to relevant departments through guest reports, newsletters, and guest profile updates.
•Collect stay information for guest history and prepare tailor-made itineraries for top VIPs when appropriate.
•Welcome visitors, provide information and directions, and handle guest complaints and requests to achieve optimal satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Good communication skills and the ability to represent hotel and company philosophy internally.
•Supervisory skills to support guest-facing service standards.
•In-depth knowledge of the hotel and the geographical layout of the city and surroundings.
•Knowledge of VIP welcoming protocol and VIPs, hotel functions, and special events.
•Knowledge of hotel operations and computer systems, plus German speaking.
