Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary interface to BMP Retail and Allianz Technology senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • •Manage relationships with external delivery partners and ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.
  • •Own delivery budget and timeline management, including forecasts, cost tracking, and milestone control.
  • •Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks and delivery impediments, while driving engineering best practices and delivery governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as an IT Delivery Lead, Technical Project Manager, or similar role in complex enterprise environments.

  • •Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business and IT leaders.
  • •Solid understanding of software engineering practices including CI/CD, quality assurance, security, and automation.
