Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead financial analysis and decision support for Specialty Finance, including revenue trends, loss cost/severity/frequency, and expense dynamics.
  • •Own planning and forecasting models and initiative outlook to support growth and loss/expense management.
  • •Develop product-focused analytics (retention elasticity, pure premium trends, sensitivity analysis, and scenario testing) and translate results into insight-led narratives.
  • •Partner with Product and Finance senior leadership and cross-functional finance partners to support profitability and operational decision-making.
  • •Lead and develop team members, standardize metrics/templates/decision frameworks, and improve analytical rigor and documentation repeatability.

Salary: USD 130,175 - 212,175 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • •5+ years in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, and the insurance industry with financial forecasting and data modeling or data science.
  • •Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, VBA).
  • •PowerBI and/or SQL skillset preferred.
  • •Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and business acumen; previous people leadership preferred.
