Job Summary

Partner with Specialty Finance and Commercial Product leadership to turn revenue, loss, and expense data into actionable insights that drive profitable growth. Lead forecasting and modeling, build product-focused analytics (including retention elasticity and scenario testing), and develop decision-ready narratives for senior stakeholders. Improve analytical frameworks and FP&A capability, while leading and mentoring a team within the Specialty CFO organization across loss analytics and forward-looking projections.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead financial analysis and decision support for Specialty Finance, including revenue trends, loss cost/severity/frequency, and expense dynamics.
•Own planning and forecasting models and initiative outlook to support growth and loss/expense management.
•Develop product-focused analytics (retention elasticity, pure premium trends, sensitivity analysis, and scenario testing) and translate results into insight-led narratives.
•Partner with Product and Finance senior leadership and cross-functional finance partners to support profitability and operational decision-making.
•Lead and develop team members, standardize metrics/templates/decision frameworks, and improve analytical rigor and documentation repeatability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,175 - 212,175 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
•5+ years in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, and the insurance industry with financial forecasting and data modeling or data science.
•Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, VBA).
•PowerBI and/or SQL skillset preferred.
•Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and business acumen; previous people leadership preferred.
