Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow the Foundations team by hiring and developing engineers and maintaining a high technical and cultural hiring bar.
  • •Set quarterly goals and drive delivery execution with predictable timelines and day-to-day operational engagement to unblock work.
  • •Drive technical strategy and architecture for platform and infrastructure initiatives, shaping the roadmap for resiliency, scalability, and efficiency.
  • •Own reliability and operational excellence, including on-call discipline, incident response, and deployment/release management oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing platform, infrastructure, or foundational engineering teams in high-growth environments.
  • •Deep technical fluency across cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and observability to guide architectural decisions.
  • •Strong software engineering background with proficiency in Go, Python, TypeScript, or Ruby.
