Support the Account Manager team in Lisbon by handling day-to-day operational tasks, gathering partner insights, and improving partner and customer experiences. Help identify product/feature improvements, forecast and track key account metrics, and define scalable processes so partners can confidently use Glovo tools. Review and propose partner communications to drive engagement and long-term relationships while collaborating closely with colleagues in a supportive environment.
