Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize incoming quality audits for shipments from manufacturing sites, verifying pallet integrity, packaging labels, barcodes, serial numbers, and packing lists.
  • •Run outbound quality control and fulfillment efficiency, ensuring order picking accuracy and compliance with EU distributor labeling, documentation, packaging, and load handling.
  • •Manage customer complaints end-to-end, including registration, investigation, RCA (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D), and prevention of recurring incidents.
  • •Develop and implement CAPA for warehouse operations, packaging, and cargo securing; monitor and minimize product losses and damage rates.
  • •Implement Lean/5S and WMS-enabled mistake-proofing (Poka-Yoke), maintain SOPs and checklists, and build daily quality dashboards with OTIF and claims metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of experience in warehouse quality management (Warehouse QA/QC), continuous improvement, operational excellence, or as a Deputy Warehouse Manager with strong process focus in a Class A distribution center.
  • •Experience in international distribution for consumer electronics, hi-tech, automotive components, or large-scale omnichannel e-commerce.
  • •Hands-on problem-solving and process improvement methodologies including Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt is an advantage), Kaizen, 5S, 8D, PDCA, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • •Knowledge of handling imported goods from non-EU countries and understanding packaging and labeling requirements for EU markets.
  • •Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP and analytics (e.g., SAP, MS Excel, PivotTables; Power BI or Grafana is a plus).
