Registered Nurse - Derma OPD

Provide and coordinate patient care in an outpatient derma setting by assessing patient needs, implementing and monitoring medical plans, and performing systematic assessments and re-assessments. Work with physicians and healthcare specialists, maintain nursing practice standards, and administer medications or treatments while monitoring for side effects and reactions. Support patient education, emotional support, and safe admission, transfer, and discharge, including wound care management and escalation of abnormalities.
