Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as senior Finance leader and trusted advisor to UAE Airport Operations leadership, driving performance and long-term value creation.
  • •Lead budgeting, forecasting, target-setting, and long-term planning aligned to business objectives.
  • •Partner with operational leaders to optimize manpower, productivity, asset utilization, and operational efficiency, and analyze revenue drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
  • •Evaluate strategic initiatives, capital investments, business cases, new ventures, and commercial agreements; provide challenge and oversight on investment decisions relating to GSE and other operational assets.
  • •Provide governance through reporting and KPIs; serve as director on JV boards; maintain a robust control environment and lead/develop the Finance team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) and/or an MBA holder.
  • •10+ years of experience in a Finance, Commercial, or Analytical role.
  • •5+ years of FP&A experience with a proven track record of delivering value-add support in a dynamic business environment.
  • •Ability to act as a skilled business partner to influence senior stakeholders and build strong partnerships.
