•Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and People Operations requests.
•Administer employee records and maintain data accuracy across HR systems.
•Build, maintain, and improve workflows within Rippling and other People systems.
•Coordinate employment documentation, contracts, amendments, and policy acknowledgements.
