Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end UX from ideation through final implementation, delivering a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate implementation and resolve development challenges.
  • •Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and contextual studies to inform design decisions and create user-centered solutions.
  • •Deliver valuable features with a feature-ship mindset, releasing high-impact improvements quickly and effectively.
  • •After launch, measure design impact using user feedback and analytics, then propose data-driven improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of UX/UI design experience designing for web, apps, e-commerce, dashboards, and both B2B and B2C products.
  • •Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate to validate design concepts and improve them.
  • •A strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and successful project launches.
  • •Exceptional UI design skills, including pixel-perfect layout and typography.
  • •Experience with branding and design systems, with extensive knowledge of Figma.
