Own end-to-end UX for Huspy’s proptech “super app,” taking designs from ideation through implementation and continuously improving post-launch using user feedback and analytics. Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate delivery, run user research and competitive analysis to inform decisions, and ship high-impact features with strong business alignment. Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end UX from ideation through final implementation, delivering a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
•Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate implementation and resolve development challenges.
•Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and contextual studies to inform design decisions and create user-centered solutions.
•Deliver valuable features with a feature-ship mindset, releasing high-impact improvements quickly and effectively.
•After launch, measure design impact using user feedback and analytics, then propose data-driven improvements.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of UX/UI design experience designing for web, apps, e-commerce, dashboards, and both B2B and B2C products.
•Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate to validate design concepts and improve them.

•Exceptional UI design skills, including pixel-perfect layout and typography.
•Experience with branding and design systems, with extensive knowledge of Figma.
