Key Responsibilities

•Advise and mentor analysts, oversee day-to-day work and project management, and manage workflows to meet stakeholder objectives.
•Handle personnel administration and development, including process management, time-off, and career-path support for team growth.
•Refine systems and processes (project trackers, dashboards, report macros, calendars) to improve efficiency and delivery.
•Collaborate on collateral creation and curation with Senior Director for category GTM materials and communications across teams.
•Provide Insights & Analytics support for RFPs and ad hoc requests, synthesizing large data sets to deliver strategic recommendations.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proficiency with at least 3 tools or resources as a direct end user (including comScore, MRI-Simmons, Telmar, Looker, Tubular, and other social tools)
•Experience directly supporting an Ad Sales and Marketing team(s)
•Experience managing and mentoring analyst teams of three or more
•Understand the digital advertising landscape, products, and trends important to industry media buyers
•Strong self-starter with proactive ideas, capable of leading projects from start to finish and delivering business value
