Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, establish and continuously develop standards and policies in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with a focus on regulatory requirements.
  • •Steer and support business areas in compliant implementation of governance requirements, including design and implementation of business roles and recertifications.
  • •Ensure governance requirements are user-friendly and aligned with internal customer needs in a dynamic, regulated environment.
  • •Collaborate closely with IT colleagues and international stakeholders to ensure a unified, scalable IAM governance across processes.
  • •Accompany internal and external audits and prepare outcomes to enable continuous improvements and sustainable compliance.
