Job Summary

Craft intuitive, elegant, high-performing UI for AI and financial products, designing mobile-first experiences that make complex services feel simple and trustworthy. You’ll translate requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, evolve BJAK’s design system, and collaborate with product managers and engineers for pixel-perfect implementation. Iterate using feedback, analytics, and usability testing while ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and consistent visual language.

Key Responsibilities

•Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web products.
•Turn product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
•Design intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
•Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across products.
•Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementation and iterate via user feedback, analytics, and usability testing.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
•Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship.
•Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and modern design workflows.
•Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles, iOS & Android platform guidelines, and responsive layouts.
•Good understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centred design.
