•Own full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing
•Partner with hiring managers to build sharp hiring strategies and keep processes moving with clarity and speed
•Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from first outreach through offer
•Build and iterate on Adaption's talent brand and overall attraction strategy

Key Requirements

•3+ years in a recruiter role
•Experience recruiting across both technical and non-technical functions, including highly technical AI roles (model efficiency, distributed systems, post-training)
•Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Ashby
•Creative, determined mindset — you don’t quit when a search gets hard
•Bonus: curiosity about broader talent function (employee experience, onboarding, coordination, and culture)
