Assembler 1 - 2nd Shift

Assemble and process individual products by setting up and operating production equipment under close supervision on the 2nd shift. Handle small, delicate components with high accuracy using hand tools, soldering equipment, and machinery. Follow sequence-of-operations methods to maintain documented, controlled processes and accurately record daily production metrics. Support improvement projects as a team member while demonstrating Philips behaviors and respect for teammates.
